The bees who created this honey reside at our farm! Through the generosity of Army veteran and Beekeeper Ron Lauff at Walnut Creek Apiary, we now have several hives being tended right among our forests and fields, providing you a new way to have a taste of this place.  Beekeeper Ron has carefully collected honey three times throughout the season, providing us with tastes from Early Summer, Midsummer, and Late Summer.  We have flavor profiled each batch so that you may pick the most pleasing variety for your palate. The bees poured their hearts and souls into this amazing elixir.  Each teaspoon of honey represents the life work of 12 bees.  Relish the gift, and reflect on this moment in time!
